What is CFK?
Based in the scenic pine landscape of Kalaw, Southern Shan State, Myanmar, Coming From Kalaw (CFK) is a vibrant, community focused art company devoted to empowering local artists and promoting cultural appreciation. We blend commercial services with nonprofit initiatives to create a unique platform that not only showcases the region’s rich artistic heritage but also drives “Community Change Through the Arts”.
Through our two core initiatives – CFK_Art Fund, dedicated to providing accessible art education, and CFK_Art Platform, a commercial service offering art curation, consultancy, and more, we strive to connect local talent with global opportunities, increase cultural visibility, and promote sustainable growth in the art sector.
At CFK, we believe in the power of creativity to transform communities, and we are committed to providing the resources, support, and exposure needed to cultivate the next generation of artists.
