Skirting The Issue
ComingFromKalaw_Art Space is re-exhibiting artist U Htein Lin's "Skirting The Issue" series. This is a collection that was previously showcased across Yangon, Tokyo, and Hong Kong in 2019. Specifically, the "Skirting The Issue" series was exhibited at Chancery Lane Gallery in Hong Kong from January to March 2019, at River Gallery in Yangon in May, and at Shinwa Gallery in Tokyo in June of that same year. In addition to the paintings, visitors can also view a sculpture by U Htein Lin. You will have the opportunity to explore the inspirations behind these artworks and deeply understand the background stories that led to their creation.
